2.1 Account Information

When you register for Scale2Mint, we collect:

• Full name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Business address and GST/tax identification (where applicable)
• WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) details and phone number IDs
• Payment and billing information (processed via secure third-party processors)

2.2 Platform Usage Data

As you use the platform, we collect:

• Campaign data: message content, templates, recipient lists, send schedules
• Message delivery and read receipts from WhatsApp
• Conversation history between your business and your customers via the Inbox feature
• Contact data you upload (names, phone numbers, custom attributes)
• Flow builder configurations and automation logic
• API usage logs and webhook delivery logs

2.3 Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical data including:

• IP address, browser type, and operating system
• Pages visited and features used within the platform
• Access timestamps and session duration
• Error logs for debugging and service improvement

2.4 Customer Data (End-User Data)

If you use Scale2Mint to communicate with your own customers via WhatsApp, the personal data of those individuals (such as their phone numbers and message content) is processed by us solely on your behalf as a data processor. You remain the data controller for your customers' data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Scale2Mint platform
• Process and deliver WhatsApp campaigns on your behalf
• Manage your account, billing, and subscriptions
• Send you platform notifications, updates, and support communications
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements
• Generate aggregated, anonymised analytics to improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers' data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Scale2Mint operates as a Technology Partner on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Our use of the WhatsApp Business API is governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service.

• We access WhatsApp messaging capabilities strictly as authorised by Meta
• Message content and delivery data is transmitted through Meta's infrastructure
• We do not use WhatsApp user data for advertising or profiling
• We comply with all applicable WhatsApp messaging policies, opt-in requirements, and template approval processes

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
• Access controls and authentication for all internal systems
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Isolated database environments per client

While we take every reasonable step to protect your data, no system is entirely immune to security risks. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your personal information.

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Meta / WhatsApp: To transmit messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform
• Payment Processors: To process subscription payments securely

All third-party processors are contractually bound to handle your data only as instructed by us and in accordance with applicable law.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account closure:

• Account and billing data is retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations
• Message content and campaign data is deleted within 90 days of account closure
• Contact data is deleted within 30 days of account closure
